I wonder if instead of releasing new editions of the Halo Encyclopedia; in the future 343i will release Halo: Appendiums.

Books made to go alongside the Encyclopedia, and not replace it. Showing stuff that the original didn't contain, and stuff newer media introduced.

Love that similar build to t-rex, but with big sail on its back I saw on the encyclopedia I read when I was a child.

Years later the scientist make some revision about their prediction how its body was built and turning it into an aquatic killer. And I love it more.

Weird fact time! Did you know Outpost Discovery had an outright impact on the Encyclopedia.

The Needler design actually uses the design from Outpost, using numerous details only seen on that model.
