Personally speaking, I think SNK Heroines is very underrated.
The devs put a lot of effort to make a fun and unique fighting game for both casual and competitive players.

I highly recommend it.

for a 2D model, do you think it would be better to have the ears and this hair layer as one or separate? And I'm not sure if there's anything I should keep in mind with the model. Got 4 hair layers, 2 hoodie layers (hood and rest), and 2 zipper layers.

I tried an AI tool today for experimenting and finding out if I can use it for implementing my glitch style art.
It took long time for getting similar results so I could use it on different layers.

I use FireAlpaca with correction at 20, brush size at 11, and I usually make folders for each character, the FG, and the BG when I have the latter two in a drawing. Everything is in different layers. Gaussian blur is my go-to for glows or lights.

It is done. All 26 characters. 811 Layers. Brain relieved that its done.
