I think it was also more of the dead stare that they gave.

They are staring at you, but not right *at* you, making it look emotionless and dead looking.

The stare that the FNaF + designs give me is like they want my liver. It makes it less impactful.

Line Weight: CRUCIAL!!! I can't stress enough how bold your lines need to be in some areas. If you don't do this, your emotes will not be easily identifiable at a small size and will end up too messy looking.

Some of these designs were so iconic-looking.

One of Cere's hairstyles actually looks Twilek-inspired, which would have been really unique for a human character in Star Wars.
