So I didn't know what to do for the shiny versions bow color so I just took the color off the male nidoran's bowtie from the anime and it worked great.

Shiny sandshrew is one of the few green shinies I actually like.
Probably because its more minty green rather than neon green.
Or maybe I'm just biased because I love sandshrew so much.
