It’s been 10 years ago today since I put this process shot together. It shows the original Iron Man vs Bird sketch from blue lines, inks, to color render. What turned out to be a silly sketch, is now one of my newest prints!

After a few weeks on the back burner due to a hectic commission schedule I finally got around to tweaking the anatomy and attempting a final render. Eh, good enough. Which version do you prefer?

Typically my finest (and rarest) work. I take no shortcuts with these and go all out, regardless of the spec. I try new things but always respecting the customer's baseline and I normally work in three styles - lineart, color and render.

The difference in results between a Cycles vs Evee render is... something. Using an M1 Max map 2021. Art/Assets by Oksana Dobrovolska. Took about 16 minutes to render.
