Finished playing Tokyo Dark last night, and the story is still going through my head. It’s so good. The mix of point-and-click adventure and visual novel styles works well. The character are great, and the unnerving horror narrative got me hooked from the start.

The St. Olga Academy should have been explored more. Heinous may appear periodically throughout the series, but the entire narrative of Heinous's School being a Ba Sing Se (esque) indoctrination camp gets disregarded after 1 episode like this seems like a much bigger deal.

I also now finished Girls Last Tour in the manga, and the ending was narratively excellent and wrapped up the story in a beautiful way also made me really emotional definitely a favorite. 9/10

Mystical creatures
For board book, the simplest character development was important. With picture to chapter book, character development for mermaids becomes complex. Body movement, eyes, colours and background bring depth to the narrative.
