Today's arospec character is Jess (she/her), an aromantic bisexual character from Loveless by Alice Oseman.

She is a fairly minor side character and is openly aro and bi in the book.

Demonbinders, as their name suggests, are Drow that summon demons, and make some kind of ritualistic pact in order to bind the demons to their souls.

This was perfect as to why Xulanis would meet Ravisha.

Xulanis design was heavily based off the Drow culture in that book. (3/3)

I LOVE the Drow race, and specifically, the 3.5 majority evil, matriarchal Drow. I wanted to have a Drow character of some kind, and a companion character to go with Ravisha.

It made sense to make Xulanis a Drow Demonbinder, which was a class from the same book. (2/3)
