Ported Bob-omb model to Source.

Original model was from Smash Ultimate (ripped by Centrixe), I just ported it to SMD, added jigglebones (for use as a Jarate replacement), and tweaked the materials to better fit the Source Engine.

Collarbones are a good placement guide, the neck should start from the middle of it. In this case, it looked like his head is on his other shoulder instead of in the middle
