I seem to paint a pretty good tiger, so that's my most recent painting. Though I tend to also gravitate toward dragons and other mythical creatures. (Some examples). Wolves may come in Inktober too.

Whoa, hey, buddy, relax. I enjoy using primitive shapes to make my own reference animals / creatures. I'm going to do it for griffins, too! And, I mean, you're adorbs, don't get me wrong, but your head and eyes just aren't weirdly huge enough.
Here's a recent panel from Season 2 of #UrbanAnimal. I love drawing flashbacks to legendary chimera and just showing the power and majesty of these ancient creatures. This shot was inspired by a photo I saw of traditional Chinese fishermen.
