@1AUM3 @ArtStationHQ Proxy, or blockout is where you put all the different parts in, and try to 'approximate' the proportions of the concept. Shapes are still very soft and blobby, without detail, but they match the concept's position. The proxy is a guideline to see what you need to work on.

i found a crayon brush that makes good lowkey leaf textures !! happy art things weee (finished doodle first, then the process pics after. 1-pen brush the shapes 2-pen+air brush shadows+highlights 3-crayon brush for bushy texture its midnight lmao)

@WiishyIshii Not really the best with inflation art, but I kinda picked up the idea to work more with rounder shapes (circles and ovals) for body parts. Creases like in the hand/third example also help to sell the idea that there's room being fought for between each part. Hope this helps!🙏
