I don't have an ADHD dx, but I am on the Autistic spectrum, and can relate to a lot of the ADHD symptoms! I'm not very good at art, but I like to draw, sometimes! It's one of my few creativity outlet, as I tend to be an overly rational person.

Hi! I have inattentive type ADHD and anxiety, and drawing has pretty much always helped me cope with both.
