I use MiSTer on an ACER monitor and a 4K OLED LG TV and let it scales itself on both to great effect. Even on OLED the shadowmask filters look great. C64 and NEOGEO examples. Photo taken of the screen with phone camera in macro.

Never occured to me how old Godzilla designs would look with more reptilian scales but I honestly think this look has a lot going for it. Reminds me of the Stan Winston Godzilla in a way.

what i call my lazy doodling is when i turn of my monitor colours and pick random ones to pint with. that's why some of my doodles have wack colouring.

i also have made a lot of palettes so i just pick 10-15 colours from them before going gray scale.
