Visitor is actually a slug, from a race called "Death slugs". The Visitor is actually just a "chosen one" for them. When a death slug dies, it becomes a bag full of slug eggs and when it's smashed it returns to larval.

@RibShark The thing that removes any doubt is the fact that that's SPECIFICALLY the design from Rayman 3, which Nibroc referenced.
In modern promotional material they tend to use either the Origins/Legends design or the Brawlhalla design (look at the shoes and the red hoodie laces).

Fun fact! Deathfang was actually my first OC and technically first sona I made before I was even a furry! Zach ended up taking over the role a year or two later and he became his own thing. Here's one of the earliest surviving pieces from 2010 with a 2022 piece for comparison.
