Smoke/Radiation-WIP
Testing out the BOKEH effect first, I still need to add some details in there, and do the smoke and flame effects as well.
Well putting Touka in smash is going to take far longer then Keneki, tbh not fully even sure how I'll be able to go about it.
Call to Exist and the android game make the wings using exclusively particles/effects so no actual mesh.
