Hope this helps 😅

First I start drawing the tear outlines with a dark color

Then I lower the opacity of the layer until it looks good (usually around 15%)

Then I start adding strong highlights in a new layer

Finally I add some slight shadows with a multiply layer

Improved the Inabakumori model a lot from the last time I posted about it. Adjusted the face expression, cleaned hair mesh, and adjusted proportions a bit. Also edited the outline stencil so that the outline only overlays the outer rim of the model.

I sketch & then go underneath the sketch and outline it in color, and then fill in color details little by little (each color in a different layer.. so many layers)

Usually I color in the eyes first too so it gets to look a little funky at a certain stage bahah

So after I realized I mixed a couple of things lmao I have finished the first one! Took FOREVER to get a nice transparent of this since Krita put a weird pink outline on everything and it bothered me way too much and everything else just muddled the quality.

You can still post to show the progress in parts every day even if it's small amounts. It's an idea of a Yui drawn over a few days, so you're still drawing daily Yuis. Tomorrow's Yui could be an outline and the day after it's a different Yui as it's improved. A bit like so
