Like it would have been more interesting to have a Federation-looking Gundam be the mobile suit for Gato. They literally just took the RX-78 design and gave it Zeon mobile suit proportions and heavy armaments. I like it, but it feels kind of lazy in the context of the plot.

@itsempresssupr1 No, I’m not a streamer; it would be very boring indeed to watch me :) My usual process: sketch, block in colors, adjust proportions/shapes, refine from large to small details. This one I had a clear idea on, so it came together much quicker and I skipped a lot of steps. ☮️ & 💜

Feeling a bit better about the proportions today, eyes are still pretty janky, and hair is real hard to draw, but I'm content with it.

& now you can easily identify me, based on my freckle placement, unless i delete this in the morning after noticing some horrible mistake in proportions
I tried to feed the AI some official and unofficial #SoulCalibur illustrations, and um, I don't think the AI handle anime-esque art styles very well. Art styles with more realistic proportions end up fairing better, though that Hilde looks like she's fed up with everything
@BeeoftheDay1 I tried putting it through a image upscaler and it didn't really help. the proportions look more similar to her design in the DS/Wii Era (I could be wrong tho) so it's most likely lost to time :[
