Experimenting a bit; I’m still deciding between toning vs colour, and cleaned sketches vs lined. At the moment I kind of like how this looks, but I’ll have to keep trying stuff out. I REALLY want to make sure I have everything settled before I start this time HAHA

For Wick I had a hard time deciding how spidery I wanted to make them and how to stylize fluff in a way that looked soft but not scruffy. I ended up going 8 limbs, then when I revamped their ref sheet, gave them the proper 8 eyes, and digitigrade legs which looked way better

Basically the forum agreed that Grinder the Hedgehog was pretty bloody boring as far as fan characters go (he was) and so Grinder the Dog was born
and then deciding Grinder was a dumb name, I decided on Tracker instead

and the rest is history
