線画
彩色(青)
加工(Grain extract)
加工(Grain extract)
背景(白)
で、加工レイヤーは一つだと色が薄い(二枚目)から２つにコピーして濃くしてます。(三枚目)
青彩色を消しゴムで消す(四枚目)と下のレイヤーが透けてあの色合いになります。

I can see that. For me Her lips made her look black. Also her facial markings remind me of African tribal paint. Plus this piece of fanart has been ingrained in my mind since I saw it.
