it's been 12 years... the scribbles on the right are some of the first more refined drawings of Yuki I have. Not that I've progressed much as an artist, but the character and the story have both come a long way. She's met so many friends! And lost so much too

Touched up this piece a bit, might use it as my new profile picture, or I might turn this into a full body sketch. Idk. That said refined the line art, colored it and tried a new technique instead of flat orange she has some lighter tones as well.

Blender's 2D tools are at this point pretty well refined...well beyond what VR apps like have. With Blender's ongoing implementation, it looks like an exciting year ahead. I recommend that those making art in the XR space start learning now :)
