ペースは考えずに走りましたが、外は涼しくて気持ちが良かったです😆
以前フルを走った時に、ラスト3kmで歩きそうになったのですが、「あと3km・・・いつもの適当ペースなら走れそう」という心の支えになりました。
それ以来ペースを意識しない走りも大事と思うようになりました😆
