@Super5tarFruit I do a mix between chubby, realistic and angled. I don't go too realistic cause it doesn't really fit with my artstyle.
Here's my best examples: (last ones character has sharp fingers so I tried my best to translate that with my style.)

First personal pixel art work of 2023 from me. Took roughly 20 hours to do from blank canvas to final piece. The sky and sea taking the longest trying to make it look as "realistic" as possible given the ZX Spectrum's limited palette. Hope you like it!
