ok i'm glad i did this - before i could do this manually but i made a little posterization tool - i pick the step size, manually set which scene colors i want to use, and use offset to wiggle it a little bit (if i want it to favor either dark or light)

fun fact: i have absolutely no fucking clue where the symmetry tool is on clip studio.
i dont use it but even if its not exact i like the vibe of it more than exact 1:1 symmetry if that makes sense (still copypaste tho lol)

I wanted to do some 'tattoo' ideas/doodles. They were originally supposed to be just line art, but I decided to add colour, and this one developed into this. This was also my first time using the mirror tool, and I might do more like this for other races.

I use paint tool sai, the vector layer mode has curve and line tools that let you edit the curve of your line by moving/removing/adding grip points along the length.

Wings, bat like for example have a natural curve to the "fingers".

So, the sketch gives an idea
