Just a heads up, i draw pretty slowly, so if you don't see much from me, that's why. Also i'm trying to get back into doing some sprite work and coding a little bit, so there's that.

A few months back I did a trace myself, just to see how the original would look upscaled. I’d like to revisit this- maybe omit some black outlines, it’s an amazing sprite
So thinking about AlphaDream's designs made me want to trace a sprite of the BEST Bowser design in any video game. Made me realize a few things:
- Upper lip is puffier and isn't frowning
- Shell is rounder
- Teeth & bracelets less pointy
- Legs are just a circle, like a Pokémon

looking at the lisa sprite sheet... is this supposed to be an early bo wyatt design, or maybe what he looks like without his helmet? i don't remember this sprite being in the game and between the shawl, the guitar and the stool, it's a lot of similar design elements
