I like their 1990s style too, but in sense of aesthetics early 2000-2010 are the most well balanced for me.

Also, Tokyo Babylon is still the best manga, and Hokuto Sumeragi is the best girl.

They were animated in the Philippines in the 1980s-1990s.

Originally Filcartoons, some who worked there eventually worked at Top Draw Animation (My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic). They are largely uncredited.
