Can't stand but join this party, but with my art (as I didn't find any photos of me on 2012 lol)
And to be more fair I decided to take both traditional artworks as I already had markers in 2012
(the 2012 artwork is still my most favourite tho)

Finally got around to doing this, good to see I still have zero patience when it comes to cleaning things up 🤔
On the up side, I don't try to awkwardly hide hands anymore and I think I spent more time on the 2012 drawing than I did this one so... good job I guess

Did a little comparison sketch today. 🌻 I‘d count it to the thing going around but I think I drew the first one in 2013 - that was when I just started learning how to draw. This one was also the first artwork I ever called my ‘own‘.

trying that thing with... my own art! its a little hard to compare 1:1 tbh, as 2012 was a hugely varied year for me. No two pictures were drawn with the same style.

There's definitely improvement there and I'm glad to see it!

There was a point where I actually gave up on digital art for a couple years, because I just could not get the hang of it 😅 Got there finally!
