any gun nerds want to tell me if this is based off a specific model so I can look for more references in different angles thanks 😭
Whenever I need to draw complex objects on characters like Cecilia's gears & violin, it's honestly faster for me to just quickly put together some low poly models and draw over top to get correct proportions and angles. 🤔
The core design for her is pretty much done, but I have to finish some extra doodles that show her from other angles to get a full idea of her appearance. Hopefully I can post the outline of her this week
more you know where hoho...
tef notes! tried more angles bc im kinda bored of drawing characters standing still in a white void
this month will be grind month so youll see a lot of me hohhoohhohoohohoo!!!!

Day 784: marginally better today. Going to work on this grid of head angles to try and work out the angles and unique features that I'm not used to drawing. I hope it helps build my muscle memory/intuition.
@Aeyga_X Flash, spine or live2D.
Something like those.
Draw the head, arms and legs in certain angles and then reusing that same parts over and over, rotating and warp them for variety.
This is acceptable for game making but I don't like to see this in animated shows.
Day 773: Master study #1 - Yomu, one of my favorite artists. I didn't quite get the face/head shapes and angles right, but it's close. Needs more practice. I did get a little bit more familiar with my current process, though. Hopefully that's good news for future art.
Day 768: Another blind study session, this time for front-facing head/face. Not expecting perfect symmetry, but trying to get a handle on how to make cuter head/face shapes without struggling for hours. Didn't really use Loomis method here, just eyeballing angles/brow line.
Foot Anatomy Notes!
The 1x1x3 overall proportion of the foot is a handy guideline. Don't be afraid to practice drawing feet with strong, boxy angles - it's super helpful for learning and remembering foot structure!

‼️‼️ GENSHIN FANARTISTS !!! ‼️‼️
You can import genshin (or other games) 3d models from Sketchfab to help you draw angles, attributes, pose. The models are pretty much poseable even some of their hairs! (I tried with Raiden)
HOPE THIS HELPS! TELL YOUR FRIENDS! (ask below)
