In Blitzo's home, all the pictures are either Moxxie, Millie, Loona, or BarbieWire. Blitzo rarely appear in one and if he does, his face is always scribbled out. 🙃 It's just sad...

THEORY. blitz and fiz were in some kind of horrible fire or similar accident. Fiz got burned much worse then blitz thus why he's a robot and his face is completely white. Blitz only got partly covered. Maybe blitzo's mom died in the fire and he blames himself.
