They introduced Cacnea in Hoenn and have not made its evolution Cacturne until D&P was released.
Unrealistic as it may sound, as Hisui is supposed to be ancient Sinnoh, I would have loved to capture Pokémon in a desert biome. Just like in Sun/Moon!
