The BNA Act never had regard for Federal Jurisdictional people including Indigenous. It was a law handed from London and it was Taxation without fair representation that excluded Roman Catholics, Black people, Women, Indigenous people, Disabled and LGBTQ2. We must update laws.

Idk man im not even that athiestic and it still seems like this is an incredibly simplistic view of morality. Some of the worst people in all existence were very devoted catholics. Hell just look at the thirty years war. That shit was pretty morally bankrupt on both sides.
