Yes, the correct answer is all of them! But if I really had to pick one, I'd pick B. Bonus points if you do get to color him using the miscolored hues from the original animation. This cheeky miscoloration was also acknowledged in toys and in video games. Making it sort of canon.

My main 2 problems are that the coloration looks too dull and muted on the quills for it to look like Super Sonic in my opinion, and the quills themselves look off and feels like there should be one more quill around the top left.
