Learning to use DUIK in After Effects... here's my first attempt at rigging a simple character and doing something with it. It's an interesting workflow, but still think AE's UI is way over complicated...

So here it is! My first run cycle! I know it's not that good, but it's a start. Build a walk/run cycle it's not simple and there is a few ways on how to do it. I'll keep trying and practicing this movement until I'm the master of it!

The new version of Duik is pretty incredible. They managed to put full featured animation tools into After Effects and it works incredibly well and better yet it's still 100% free. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking to do any animation work in AE.
