9. Rasalhague! Dragon of Universe. Controls pretty much everything, has big "ara ara" energy. Kind and sweet unless provoked when she's ready to set the hell lose and WILL destroy your galaxy by eating it.
@DrSamGeorge1 Tolkien did not agree with me, but I think the chapter with Pan in 'The Wind in the Willows' is one of the most charming and I absolutely adore the concept of blessing, memory and remembrance Graham brings home. It's a pity they usually remove it in abridged editions.

For Saturday - four killer images of Smaug wreaking havoc on Lake-town. From the top it's Jiří Šalamoun's Guernica revisited (1973), Michael Hague's study in smoke and flame (1984), Laima Eglïte's dragon Blitz (1991) and Denis Gordeev's classic mega firedrake (1992) #Tolkien

Ik was a bit inspired by the beautiful nautic watercolours by Ingrid Dingjan. https://t.co/gCKjpzU9yo I Just discovered that she studied at the @KABKnews Royal Art academy The Hague. My daughter is studying there also at the moment.
Kluster5—a young quintet from The Hague—are releasing a visual album called Perceived Reality.
I had the pleasure of designing its album cover/movie poster while @sarakerngacesa made all this tasty brushwork possible. 💚

'Van sancte Jorijs ridder'. St Georges, noble knight, God's chosen martyr, who by virtue of Christ's love died 9 deaths, carry my banner today and always, so I can trample underfoot the hubris of my enemies. Deliver victory in all my battles.
