Wooh-buddy! 23 layers for this bad boy! It was a really fun drawing experience, haha! You guys got any lighting tips for me though (From the electricity, and ball mainly?)

Here's Mecha, I mostly know the character from a flash animation series more than I do Sonic 3, either way Mecha Sonic still looks good and I used a mix of his Sonic 3 color pallet as well as colors that would pop, hope y'all like what you see. Take care!
