Minifigure skeletons have existed in prior Friends sets. Oddly enough, the hospital (2017) is the last appearance of the free-moving skeleton arms.

I checked but no schools/academies have it in a science room, thought they did.

In the end they un-rejected my Minifigures pitch, we got our fantasy orcs-vs-wizards line in 2007, I got to do a whole bunch of video games and Batman comics, and, miracle of miracles, we even got Nya in the spotlight corner of the Ninjago box (but she had to stand behind Kai)
