Necalli was such a wasted character story wise but as with most everyone else, fantastic design. The V on his face was so egregiously designed after SFV and the V-system but I can't help but love it.

Before submitting Gill I had several ideas and my choices were Djinnissery (Djinn +jannissery) Rashid and Devourer Necalli, but I eventually decided to focus on Gill.

This tier list is about how long the forward dashes of every character is in SFV.

It's not involved how fast the dashes are. It's also ordered from left to right. I got the numbers from FAT btw.

I also didn't count dashes that change during VT, like Necalli or Juri in VT1 etc.
