Im Angela, diagnosed Autist w anxiety, OCD, PTSD and more and I too could not make it without Cymbalta, 90mg per day. Thing is - it was better for me if I had a normal life, if my sitution would change. Then I'd need less.
But yes, they DO help. Provided 1 takes them properly.

Thanks for opportunity! I suffer from OCD, Anxiety and Depression. Since my mental health issues affect me from doing things out of order, I create abstract art as a way to metaphorically break those boundaries that I can’t in my daily life since abstract art often looks chaotic.
