Mine is a mix of C and D. I HATE drawing toes so much, they're harder then hands for me. So I just make them blobs with paw marks and paw pads in them. I never draw their "toes" showing, but I assure you they're there. Same with paw pads being on their hands.

There were subtle differences between dragonite in generation 1 artwork and in generation 2 and onwards

-lacks the horn on his head
-has a "wavy mane" from top of his head all the way down to his back
-dragonite had a much longer neck making it more similar to dragonair
