A contest where I have to change a Pokémon's type. Of course I'd pick Luxray. Of course I'd go red and black.

Reminder why you shouldn't judge a Pokémon's look based on one leak 😏

For Pokémon Legends: Arceus, I decided to do a Nuzlocke/Artlocke run and I'm just drawing The Pokémon's🍑 dumpy's... It's a lil cursed and a lil spicy🌶️

No. 74: Geodude
Rock Pokémon

The longer a Geodude lives, the more its edges are chipped and worn away, making it more rounded in appearance. However, this Pokémon's heart will remain hard, craggy, and rough always.

No. 228: Houndour
Dark Pokémon

Houndour communicate with each other using a variety of cries to corner their prey. This Pokémon's remarkable teamwork is simply unparalleled.

No. 286: Breloom
Mushroom Pokémon

The seeds ringing Breloom's tail are made of hardened toxic spores. It is horrible to eat the seeds. Just taking a bite of this Pokémon's seed will cause your stomach to rumble.

No. 354: Banette
Marionette Pokémon

A cursed energy permeated the stuffing of a discarded and forgotten plush doll, giving it new life as Banette. The Pokémon's energy would escape if it were to ever open its mouth.

Birthday drawing for my friend . I drew Bertha & Roy from the former's titular BBC stop-motion series, as well as Pokémon's Celebi, Wurmple, my Helioptile OC Heliopatrick & a Cinccino OC I came up with named Cindyno.

Happy Birthday! I hope you have a remarkable day!

"Loses originality for basing itself on mythos and religion!"

Saw an analysis of Voltorb's design that made me appreciate how genius it is. Voltorb is Pokémon's equivalent to the RPG Mimic which are enemies disguised as chests. Of course in Pokémon instead of chests you find Pokéballs so naturally their mimic would look like a Pokéball.

I prefer the 2D sprites a lot more, I associate Pokémon's identity with them.

Though I would certainly appreciate the 3D models more if the animations weren't lifeless and if the models weren't from the 3DS

Since I have my monsters, I need a professor to study them. Pokémon's profs are all trees, so mine is Dr. Stump.

He takes some design cues from Akira Toriyama's Dr. Slump.

drawing of the day
has a very thin skin. It is possible to see the Pokémon's spiral innards right through the skin.
