My though process for Nova was that I wanted to make a Speed type character who is a walking lightning rod. Cause she can produce and also attract electricity. She was also mostly inspired by Mikoto Misaka from A Certain Scientific Railgun.

I love Railgun. Misaka was one of the first characters I tried to draw/copy when I first got into manga and anime. Being able to draw her again in my "own" style feels so rewarding!
