I am thinking about this alot but Seaking has to be the most pathetic and forgettable Pokemon out there. It has been around since gen 1 and never had any redeeming qualities and isn't even ugly or weak enough to get attention like Magikarp or Dunsparce. I could go on about this.

You always get these way too quickly - yes, as many of you guessed, these were formerly signature moves but have since become more widely accessible!
(In Gen 1, Waterfall couldn't flinch foes and was simply a worse Surf, learned at level 37/39. Poor Seaking...)
