I didn’t feel like having Forgotten Land be my first Kirby beat, so I went and powered through this one.
It’s definitely a cute and creative platformer, but the slowdown really doesn’t do it any favours.
@tomathius @ChomperElectric Technically yes, but the 4th color is transparency. Some games got around this limitation though.
In Mega Man for example, his face is a completely separate sprite from his body. This does cause more flicker/slowdown depending on how many sprites are on screen at once, though.

DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS is currently undertaking 6 weeks of reshoots working 6 days a week.
Sources there’s additional principal photography being done due to lack of actor availability and COVID-related slowdowns during the initial shoot as well as reshoots!
Screenshots and Twitter seem to have kinda butchered the quality... Meaning I need to go even higher!
I set the internal rendering to 5K resolution, in some cases I still seem to hit 60FPS, but the menus have slowdown when going over 3K.

Whole month has been a bit chaotic. As an apology, here's another mid-WIP of Sombreve for people to peek. Upending our room, restoration crews, physical injuries, lots of clean-up, a guest, and family stuff has really slowed me down. Sorry! I'm a bit embarrassed by this slowdown.
I'd never played the Sword of Mana cart I got a few years ago as I'd heard the game was kind of a mediocre port that made the GB original worse. But it turns out it's actually a rad upgrade that brings it on par with Secret of Mana - but with no slowdown?
