AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #311: The “Inferno” crossover rages on, and things are getting weird in Spidey’s neck of the woods. Demons altering reality is bad enough without Mysterio using his illusions to get in on the action!
The web pattern on Spidey’s suit is too intricate for my unsteady grip. My dystonia can’t tolerate that much fine motor control. I swapped the lines w/ a rough pencil sketch I made earlier.
I can’t do two of these in one sitting. My hands shake WAY TOO HARD. I did what I could.
Marvel Comics & Amazing Spider-Man #56 Spoilers & Review: Norman Osborn Reveals His Plan, But Whose Side Is Green Goblin On? Kingpin’s Or Kindred’s Or Spidey’s? https://t.co/RtrZufElrY
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #287: Daredevil wants Spider-Man to stay out of the gang war, as he feels the interference is only prolonging it, but Spidey’s not too keen on being told what to do. Also, rumor has it that the Kingpin is coming back to town!
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #266: After Spider-Man saves the Toad from killing himself, all Toad wants is to become Spidey’s partner. Meanwhile Frog-Man catches word of this, and gets jealous of the possibility. It’s Frog vs Toad, with a a couple of Spiders stuck in the middle!
Almost done! Just have to add a bit of color to Spidey’s nice comfy jacket, and possibly a bit of stuff in the background!
I need a better camera lol, it looks much better irl imo
Anyway, feel free to make any suggestions on what I should add, and what I should draw next!
Say what you will about the Spectacular Spider Man’s art style, but you can’t deny that that series did a great job of fleshing out Spidey’s rogues gallery.
What I’m trying to say is that Venom has evolved so much over the years, even with some villainous relapses, he’s managed to become a separate character from Spider-Man.
He has his own lore and characters to develop and he’s already iconic without the need of Spidey’s help.
Venom is an iconic part of the Spider-Man mythos, but I don’t think we can talk about him (them?) as an enemy anymore.
For a good decade or so, he’s taken off as it’s own thing, with a lore separate from Spidey’s. (+)
Favorite panels, The Amazing Spider-Man #5, Oct 1963. Nice to see Spidey’s first encounters with the FF & Dr. Doom in the last few issues🕷
I’m not a huge Art Adams fan, but this cover is great. Also, doesn’t McFarlane usually get credit for drawing Spidey’s web like that first?
There’s just so many stories here, about Peter hitting MJ, to them wanting to completely get rid of Spidey’s old villains with a new Lizard and female Doc Ock, to even Mayday. It’s definitely worth a read. https://t.co/WyQWWLVX4G
I always thought Anna Maria Marconi was a great addition to Spidey’s supporting cast, and how @DanSlott portrayed Otto Octavius’ love and respect for her!
So, since Eddie Called Spider-Man “Peter” in front of Carnage, do you think Carnage knows that Spider-Man is Peter Parker?
He definitely knows his first name is Peter as he repeated it to himself.
I think he’d be able to connect it based on Spidey’s involvement with Parker
