I have heard this guy's voice in my headset for hundreds of hours, so I felt like I had to draw something in his honor. Soldier is my favorite class. Kristi and I have talked about how perfect tf2's cast is dozens of times.

Saddened to hear of the passing of Rick May, voice of TF2's Soldier. One of the finer performances in gaming, and the true heart and soul of a game that has continued to thrive and entertain 13yrs later.

I love using it in in pubs while I was with my medic buddy all times of the night trying to beat my old killstreak of 75 till i stopped playing due to tf2's frame issue. I actually used to be known as the Beggar's Lunatic because I had 1000+ beggars and raved servers.

It's for reasons like this I wish that we got more from the comics. The plot of Overwatch takes itself too seriously, while TF2's plot takes a backseat to characters and relationships. The character relationship between the Heavy and Medic is simple, yet so powerful.
