Come to think of it, I kinda wish Valve kept the original version of the vortigaunt, I like their rougher and darker skin, as well as their bulkier appearance

The Vortigaunts from the Half-Life series are really cool. They were enemies in the first game because of the Nihilanth's control, but then in the sequels they're some of your most powerful, and friendly, allies. HL2: Episode Two and HL: Alyx especially made me endear them.
