While juggling friendships, voidcats, and university, a group of monster friends decide to meet up every week for fanfiction. A love letter to fandom culture.

Honestly Not a Robot: slice of life webcomic dealing with retail, essentially a newbie's survival guide in supermarket work. The characters are so charming, the art is very unique and expressive, and I love reading how real the dialogue feels!

O Sarilho: Sci-fi webcomic about Romans fighting a war while dealing with...an alien satellite that fell. Politics, war crimes, and action abound; definitely has cool art, great story and worldbuilding!

Several! Here are some you guys should check out!

Phantomarine: seafaring webcomic about seaghosts, genderfluid death gods, and a possible divine conspiracy. Highly recommend, the art is A+ and the story pacing is spot on.

i love the lemony snicket style of worldbuilding - drop in strange details in passing without context and let the audience Think about it. i’m inspired by books i’ve read and fashion & architecture i enjoy that suits the setting!

Q5 Also, does art for another comic writer, , who has an involving, fleshed-out world of his own. And again, without sacrificing characterization and the "little moments." https://t.co/3TqFkmlWzN

Q5 I can't let this question go by without giving another well-deserved shoutout to ! They have such rich, elaborate well-thought out universes to explore, and it's inspiring how complex they are! https://t.co/D494yNK0tu

Q4 Sadly, a lot of it is in my head. Any time I try to keep a physical concordance, it gets neglected after two weeks. I find I can keep my characters robust and the world relatively logical just by examining it for at least an hour a day. https://t.co/Ctyqbs3xnK

Q3 Believe it or not, the everyday vagaries of the world we're in now! It's fun to twist them into something different, but relatable. It gives you a sense of control over things you might in general be helpless about. https://t.co/Ctyqbs3xnK

Q1 The worldbuilding happens naturally as the story unfolds itself. If the story is going to a new (but logically subsequent) place, the world gets more fleshed out without much effort. https://t.co/Ctyqbs3xnK
