Winnie-the-Pooh & Piglet
(Digital Pointillism Experiment)

Something I've been testing out in the past two months to see how dotting everything on a digital plane would look compared to on paper & now that the first Winnie-the-Pooh book is public domain.

In 2022 (C) over the 1926 Winnie-the-Pooh book expires. But Pooh is also a huge franchise and the Pooh-niverse is replete with trademarks and versions still under copyright. Will there be a war between the Pooh brand and the public domain? Learn more

He begins with a quaint and juvenile bit of word-play about sitting cozily by the fire – describing how the fire “roasty-toasts” Jean. It’s the kind of disarming prose that readers might expect to find in Milne’s ‘Winnie-the-Pooh’ rather than an X-Men comic. 3/11

Hey, can we just talk about the wild career of Hal Smith? This man voiced Owl in Winnie-The-Pooh, played Otis the town drunk in The Andy Griffith Show, John Whittaker in the Christian radio show Adventures in Odyssey....and Mother Goose in the animated porno Once Upon A Girl.

It's a little known fact that Winnie-the-Pooh is named after two animals – a black bear named Winifred, and a swan named Pooh. Using state of the art computer graphics, I have recreated what Winnie-the-Pooh may have looked like if Milne had stuck with his original vision
