there are a total of 4 pokemon I legitimatley dislike design wise.
Jynx, Milotic, Chansey, Bruxish
The worst one for me out of that quartet is easily milotic.
I'm sorry, but it looks like it got shaved through the middle of its head then got hit with a cartoon hammer
