I will never make the board look this awesome again. Used the Variant cover by Tim Sale and made the letting look "scratchy" for the one-shot of Batman. Couldn't get it exact because you know...chalk.

Reminiscing about these two a lot lately! Still remember how proud I was when I drew this in 2011 ❤️✨

Biggest, traditional artwork I’ve ever drawn and one of my personal favourites to this day! Draw with markers, ink and chalk.

I still own the original ☺️

Eyes, feathers, scales & more eyes! Close ups of Amazonian creatures using charcoal & chalk. They hated using the charcoal, UNLIKE BEFORE. I blame lockdown. Had a big scribble board so they could 'shake it off' then go back 🙄 Lovely though eh?

Necco Wafers are an underrated candy. I find them crunchy and delicious with a nice powdery coating that reminds me of the time I licked a piece of chalk.

When I drew this on Friday it was supposed to be some kind of funky color wheel with red green and blue chalk. But now it just looks like a Zen symbol, trying to measure time with color instead of numbers, and then doubling as a pi chart.

North again over the & we pass 2 white horses carved into the chalk. Don't be fooled, these are more recent additions to the landscape. The horse (left) was created in 1838 & the horse (3 miles away) followed in 1864.
