Definitely, a part where I used different colours rather than just a darker shade of the same colour for shading.
And instead of drawing black lines all the time, I now use a darker shade of the filling colour.

I sketched this back in September but my sister spilt coffee all over it. I was really upset by it because it was such a good sketch and I wanted to finish it in full colour. I kept the sketch... and last night I decided to do a sorta monochrome colour on it 🥺 so glad I kept it!
