Your storyboards, characters and uniforms remind me so much of the manga and the anime, it's one of my favorites! It's not exactly hard sci-fi but a lot of themes of travel/invasions/excursions/conflicts between different realms.
Ominis greatest regret is turning in Sebastian to authority and sending him to Azkaban. He often cries his lungs out in the undercroft, cursing himself knowing Seb is being tortured by the dementors.
